Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer clause.
In the 4th line of 2nd paragraph of the order dated 12.12.2018, in place of case crime no. 353 of 2018, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 336 IPC; case crime no. 354 of 2018, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452, 376, 354, 308, be read. The necessary correction is carried out.
Accordingly, the correction application is allowed.
Office is directed to issue a certified copy of the order accordingly.
