This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the impugned charge sheet dated 2.11.2017, submitted in Case No. 216 of 2017, as well as, cognizance order dated 15.11.2017, arising out of Case Crime No. 433 of 2017, under Sections 3/4 Essential Commodities Act, P.S. Alapur, District Badaun, pending in the court of ACJM, Ist, Badaun.
The charge sheet dated 2.11.2017 is impugned in the instant application. The Investigating Officer after investigation and collecting credible evidence has filed charge sheet. It appears that the applicant is not cooperating with the trial court. Disputed questions of fact cannot be gone into under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
