Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only prayer addressed on this petition is for expeditious disposal of a Section 13 petition which is stated to have been filed in 2012.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no petition under Section 24 is pending and that the petition itself is placed at the stage of recordal of evidence.
In view of the above, this petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the Additional District Judge/ Fast Tracks Court Kushinagar before whom Case No.142 of 2018 is pending to endeavour to dispose of the said application without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties and preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
