JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Virendra Kumar Yadav, learned Standing Counsel states that he has sent Fax message on 9.11.2012 to the Regional Deputy Director of Education for filing counter affidavit but has not received any information. On 5.11.2012 learned Standing Counsel was granted three weeks and no more to file counter affidavit.
In view of the above, one more opportunity is allowed to the learned Standing Counsel to file counter affidavit.
List on 8.1.2013. By that time, either the counter affidavit be filed or the Regional Deputy Director of Education shall appear in person.
