Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Punit Khare, who appears for the respondent No.3 and Mr. Ram Pandey, who appears for the respondent No.4.
It is the case of the petitioner that he has retired as Meter Reader on 31.01.2015. Certain dues relating to his gratuity have been paid to him whereas the other dues relating to leave encashment and revision of pay scale and ACP have not been given to him. The petitioner has made several representations as is wife is seriously ill and he needs money for treatment. The last such representation made by the petitioner is dated 22.11.2018, a copy of which has been filed as Annexure-3 to the writ petition. Till date, no dues has been paid.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
