Undisputedly, against the order impugned, the petitioner has a statutory remedy of preferring an appeal.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy subject to the observation that in case any appeal is preferred before the competent authority, the same shall be attended to and disposed of in accordance with law and preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
