The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to stay the effect and operation of the impugned summoning order dated 12.6.2015 passed by learned Upper Civil Judge (J.D.) IInd / J.M., Ballia in Case no. 325 of 2014 (Chandra Jeet Ram vs. Shushil Kumar Verma and others, under Sections 379, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(X) SC/ST Act, P.S. Garwar, district-Ballia, as well as revisional order dated 4.3.2016 passed by Sessions Judge, Ballia.
I have perused the order dated 12.6.2015 passed by learned Addl. Civil Judge (J.D.) IInd / J.M., Ballia, in which summons have been issued against the petitioners under Sections 379, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(X) SC/ST Act, as well as revisional order dated 4.3.3016 passed by Sesions Judge, Ballia I have gone through the affidavit filed along with this application in writ petition, as well as the impugned order and I do not find that the impugned orders suffers from any illegality or infirmity requiring any interference by this Court.
Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed.
