Learned Standing Counsel on behalf of the instructions received from Deputy Commissioner (Administration) Trade Tax, Varanasi states that withheld amount has been paid to petitioner.
In that view of the matter no further grievance survives. Writ petition is, accordingly, consigned to records. Liberty stands reserved to the petitioner to make an application if the dues are not credited to his account within two weeks.
