This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been moved seeking the direction to the concerned court below to decide the Case No.568 of 2018 (Awadh Narayan Yadav vs. Ashok Kumar and others), pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Jaunpur expeditiously.
Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned A.G.A. and also perused the record.
It has been made to appear that there is some application dated 31.10.2018 moved on behalf of petitioner pending in the court below but no order has been passed on the same so far and a direction in that regard may be given.
In absence of complete record this Court is not in a position to know the exact status of the proceedings and also about the reasons as to why the aforesaid application has not been disposed of so far. However, this application stands disposed of with the observation that if there is some application dated 31.10.2018 moved on behalf of petitioner still pending and no orders have been passed therein so far, then the concerned court below shall look into the same and pass appropriate orders expeditiously in accordance with law, as it may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.
