JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in an appeal, the petitioner filed an application for the additional evidences. The document, which the petitioner proposes to file, was the certified copy of the Government document, which has been illegally denied by the appellate authority.
Issue notice to respondent nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5. Respondent no. 6 is represented by Sri S.K. Yadav, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Anuj Kumar, Advocate. The petitioner may take steps to serve the respondents within two weeks.
List in the week commencing 9.5.2011.
Till the next date of listing, the further proceeding in Civil Appeal No. 52 of 2010 (Awadh Bihari and another Vs. Kamlesh and others) pending in the court of Additional District Judge, Court No. 2, Banda shall remain stayed.
