It appears that the petitioner's claim for payment of interest upon the delayed payment of salary has already been entertained by the Director of Education and a direction was issued to the District Inspector of Schools, Firozabad to take appropriate decision in the matter vide order dated 31.1.2017.
Grievance of the petitioner is that even thereafter no action has been taken by the authority concerned and the petitioner is made to suffer.
In the facts and circumstances of the present case, noticed above, it would be appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction upon the respondent no. 3 to examine petitioner's claim for payment of interest, in light of the directions issued by the Director of Education on 31.1.2017, by passing a reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
