JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J.
Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Q.H. Rizvi, learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to challenge the demand of motor tax issued by the RTO vide notice dated 14.6.2019 by filing statutory appeal as provided under law.
Prayer made is allowed.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
