JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsels for the parties.
Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the respondents to decide the arms license application no. 236 of 2018, pending before respondent no. 3, District Magistrate, District-Unnao.
Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent no. 3, District Magistrate, District-Unnao, is directed to consider and decide the arms license application no. 236 of 2018 pending him, in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
With the aforesaid, present writ petition is disposed of.
