2. Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that his forefathers owned an extent of Ac.4.76 cents in Sy.No.527 and an extent of Ac.2.40 cents in Sy.No.261/2 in Venkatampalli village, H/o. Paluru, Kambadur Mandal, Anantapur District. Petitioner claims that he has succeeded to the aforesaid property and he was issued pattadar passbooks bearing Patta No.7494 and title deed No.728. Alleging that respondents 4 and 5 are interfering with his possession and directing him not to cultivate the said land, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that neither of the respondents 3 to 5 have either interfered with or disturbed the possession of the petitioner.
4. In view of the said specific stand on the part of respondents 3 to 5, it is apparent that the writ petition is filed only an apprehension and no further orders are required to be passed.
The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
