In reply to the query by the Court, the petitioner, who has appeared as party-in-person, submitted that service of advocate by way of legal aid may be provided.

Therefore, the Registry is directed to forthwith place the petitioner's request before Legal Aid Committee to make arrangement to provide service of advocate to the petitioner. Necessary arrangement should be made immediately since the matter is adjourned, for the aforesaid purpose, till 6.7.2012.
