The present application is filed by the wife of the convict - Avratsingh Ajitsingh Sardar praying for deletion of Condition Nos.G and H in order dated 12.10.2011 passed by this Court (Coram: Hon'ble Mr.Justice K.M.Thaker).
As the matter will be required to be placed before the same learned Judge for consideration, the matter is adjourned beyond vacation.
Taking into consideration the submissions made by Party-in-Person saying that she and her husband has to stay with their relatives at Khokhra, keeping their young daughter at Baroda all alone, Registry is directed to place the matter in the first week of June, after reopening, after ascertaining convenience of His Lordships.
