This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for a direction to the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Kanpur Nagar to decide the Case No. 285 of 2007 (Avnish Kumar Tripathi and others vs. State of U.P. and another) in Case Crime No. 371 of 2006 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 of D.P. Act in P.S. Barra District Kanpur Nagar.
It is urged that the trial is at the stage of argument.
In the circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
However, dismissal of the petition shall not preclude the applicants from moving an appropriate application before the trial court.
