Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Principal Judge (Family Court), Ghaziabad to expedite the Divorce Suit No. 479 of 2015 under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act (Avnish Sharma Vs. Sonia Sharma @ Minakshi Sharma) within a stipulated period.
The case of the petitioner is that due to pendency of divorce petition, petitioner is not in a position to settle his future properly.
Considering the facts of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to decide the suit expeditiously, preferably if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of the order without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
