Heard Sri H.P. Dube, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respodnents, Sri Rahul Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 and Sri G.K. Malviya, learned counsel for respondent No.8.
The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.8 is operating private buses on a route other than on which he has been granted permit to operate the buses.
It is an admitted fact that respondent No.8 has been granted permit to operate buses from Maheshpur to Nanauta via Biralsi. In view of the above, the respondent No.8 cannot operate any bus on any other route except Maheshpur to Nanauta via Biralsi.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.8 states that the respondent No.8 is operating buses on the aforesaid route only and not on any other route. He undertakes that he will ensure that his buses ply on the said route alone.
In view of the above statement and undertaking of counsel appearing for respondent No.8, the grievance of the petitioner stands satisfied.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
