JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner seeks re-issuance of temporary permit. The petitioner also places on record the fact that, the petitioner in the possession of the vehicle and the regular permit itself was in the name of his uncle. The petitioner is said to be the only legal heir, who has a claim under the deceased-regular permit-holder. A transfer application is said to have been filed before the authority, which is stated to be pending. 2. In such circumstance, if the above facts are correct as verified from the records, the temporary permit application shall be considered and if there is no legal impediment, the same shall be issued within a period of two weeks from today.
The writ petition is disposed of.
