Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from in any manner interfering with the affairs of the petitioner's 'AINASHI KALIAMMAN RELAX CLUB' as Sl.No.9/2017 situated at S.No.9/2017 situated at S.F.No.43/3, Palanagari Village, Avinashi Taliuk, Tiruppur District or its members including the facilities provided for playing various games including the geme of playing rummy not involving any element of gambling.

O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this petition, forbearing the respondents from in any manner interfering with the affairs of the petitioner's 'AINASHI KALIAMMAN RELAX CLUB' as Sl.No.9/2017 situated at S.No.9/2017 situated at S.F.No.43/3, Palanagari Village, Avinashi Taliuk, Tiruppur District or its members including the facilities provided for playing various games including the geme of playing rummy not involving any element of gambling.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that so far there is no complaint received against the club. As long as the petitioner runs the club in lawful manner, the respondents will not interfere with the club. If the petitioner conduct any betting or games involving chances in the club, the respondents shall take action against the petitioner's club.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court imposes the following condition :
“The petitioner club is permitted to play rummy games in the club and the respondents shall not interfere with the affairs of the club. If the petitioner conduct any illegal games in the club, the respondent can very well interfere and take action against the petitioner's club, in accordance with law.”
5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
