Writ petition has been filed to challenge the order dated 30.06.2021 passed by respondent no.1. It is to seek direction for immediate action by the respondents on the letter dated 23.02.2018 sent by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi.
Writ petition has been filed without disclosing whereabouts of the petitioner as per the rules rather the public interest litigation is not in adherence to the rules and accordingly on the aforesaid ground itself, the writ petition deserves to be dismissed. We otherwise find no merit in the writ petition in reference to the letter dated 23.02.2018 so as to challenge the order dated 30.06.2021.
Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
