ORDER None for the petitioners.
Sri.B.Balakrishna, Additional Government Advocate for respondents.
2. In these petitions filed under Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution of India, the petitioners interalia have prayed for a direction to the respondents to transfer the investigation to Central Crime Branch.
3. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Government Advocate submits that investigation has been already transferred to Central Crime Branch on 3.1.2019. The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petitions.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
