Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 300 of 2019, under Sections 498A, 323, 377, 354, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, police station Badagaon, District Varanasi.
The Court finds itself unable to countenance the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant who is the husband bearing in mind the nature of allegations which have been levelled in the first information report. The prayer so made is refused.
The application consequently stands rejected.
