1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant - Avinash Kumar, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0040 of 2019, under Sections - 498A, 323, 504, 506, 406 IPC & 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station - Mahila Thana, District - Gautam Buddh Nagar, during pendency of trial.
3. Undisputedelly, the applicant had earlier been enlarged on bail. At present, non bailable warrant has been issued as he jumped bail.
4. Accordingly, the applicant for grant of anticipatory bail is found to be misconceived and it is rejected.
