We have perused the report submitted by the Registrar in pursuance of the order, passed by this Court.
Report of the Registrar as well as its annexures be kept on record.
Sri Rajnish Kumar learned counsel for the U.P. Public Service Commission, learned Standing Counsel as well as counsel for the petitioner submit that copy of the report be provided to them so that they may file objection .
On the request of learned counsel for the respondents as well as learned counsel for the petitioner, let photostat copy of the report be provided to them within a week, so that they may file objection in next two weeks. However, annexures shall remain in sealed cover and their copies shall be provided, if required, on the next date of listing.
