Sri J.N. Mathur, learned Additional Advocate General, submits that Special Leave Petition against the earlier order passed by this Court, has been dismissed by Hon'ble Supreme Court. He submits that under Clause 14 of Amalgamation Order, an application has been moved which may be taken up by the Hon'ble Chief Justice within this week.
Accordingly, we defer the matter for further hearing.
List on 1.10.2010. The case shall be listed in terms of earlier order and record shall be produced on the next date of listing.
In case, record is produced, we exempt the personal appearance of the Secretary, Public Service Commission. However, some Officer shall appear on the next date of listing, to assist the Court.
