Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner has already filed an application for the withdrawal of the writ petition supported by an affidavit.
In view of the above, the withdrawal Application No.4 of 2019 is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
