JUDGMENT / ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2017.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel that through the representation dated 20.05.2017, the petitioner has sought for reinstatement into service for the post of salesman in the Azhakananthal Primary Agricultural Co-operative Bank, Azhakananthal Village, Kolakkudi Post, Thiruvannamalai District.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into the merits claimed, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2017 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation from the petitioner. The petitioner is also directed to supply a copy of his representation dated 20.05.2017 to the respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above observation and directions the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
