This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his property for surveying and fencing their property in ayan punja land in S.No.474/4A2 admeasuring 0.96 Cents, S.No.474/4A3 admeasuring 1 A 60 Cents, S.No.474/4A1 admeasuring 2 A 96 Cents, S.No.474/1A admeasuring 10 A 85 Cents totally admeasuring 16 A 38 Cents situated at Kandiaperi II Village, Tirunelveli Taluk based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.09.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the allegations made in the complaint, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 25.09.2016, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
