Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.
The applicant has approached this Court against the order dated 24.10.2018 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur, in Case No. 889 of 2014, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. directing payment of interim maintenance to the opposite party No.2.
Without interfering into the order passed by the court below, this application is disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
