JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the impugned order, the petitioner Institution has not admitted the students for the academic year 2016-2017. Therefore, the prayer in the writ petition has now become infructuous.
2. Recording the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected M.P is closed. No order as to costs.
