JUDGMENT / ORDER

By order dated 15.12.2016, this Court referred the matter to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. Pursuant to the orders of this Court, the above Civil Revision Petitions were referred to Mediation for exploring the possibilities of settlement.
2. Before the Mediation Centre, both the parties had settled the matter amicably and had also entered into a joint memorandum of compromise dated 24.01.2017.
3. The learned counsel on either side submitted that the Civil Revision Petitions may be disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise dated 24.01.2017.
4. The joint memorandum of compromise dated 24.01.2017 is taken on record and shall form part of the record.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise. The terms of the compromise shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
