Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the plot no. EA-49 in Baghambari Awas Yojna was purchased by the petitioners.
From the pleadings of the writ petition we are unable to comprehend the grievance of the petitioner. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the following relief:
"Issued a writ, order or direction in the nature of the mandamus and commanding the respondent nos.2 & 3 to give the opportunity and consider the application dated 01.05.2018 given to the respondent no.3 about for deposit the prescribed amount of Rs. 2,24,708/- for regularization of the aforesaid plot no. EA 49 in present known as house no. 1047/28B/134, Shiv Nagar Colony, Allapur Allahabad."
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be filed the representation to the authority concerned on 01.05.2018 which has not been considered so far.
Without expressing any opinion of the merit of the case, we direct the respondent no.3 to consider the grievance of the petitioners and pass the appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the communication of this order.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
