By this petition under section 482,Cr.P.C., the applicants have prayed for quashing of entire proceedings of complaint case no. 1564 of 2015, Smt. Indu Vs. Avanish and others, under section 12,17,18,19,20,22 & 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, pending before ACJM, IIIrd, Gautam Budh Nagar.
After advancing arguments to some length, learned counsel for the applicant prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this application.
His prayer is accepted.
The present application is therefore dismissed as not pressed without liberty to file a fresh petition.
