Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Petitioner is claiming that regularization on the post of Collection Peons in terms of U.P. Collection Peons Services (Second Amendment) Rules 2016. The petitioner claims to be eligible in terms of the said rules to be considered for regularization. However it has been stated at that the bar that no further steps have been taken for regularization of the Collection Peon, despite the said Rules of 2016 coming into affect.
It is also stated that the petitioner has already moved a representation in this regard. He is permitted to file a fresh representation before the respondent No. 3 within a period of 2 weeks from today and if the representation is filed along with a certified copy of this order, the same shall be disposed off within a period of 2 months from the date of filing of the certified copy of the order in accordance with law.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed off.
