Heard Sri Anand Mani Tripathi (Sri A.M.Tripathi), learned counsel for the petitioners.
Notices for opposite party Nos.1, 2 & 3 have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel, whereas notice for opposite party No.4 has been accepted by Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel.
The sole grievance of the petitioners is that despite the proper correspondences being made between the authorities of State of Uttarakhand and State of U.P. in respect of transferring the petitioners from State of Uttarakhand to State of U.P., no suitable order or direction has been issued by the Competent Authority of the State of U.P. Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn attention of this Court towards various correspondences, which are annexed with the writ petition and lastly a letter dated 30.10.2017 was preferred by the Special Secretary, Department of Education, Government of U.P. to the Secretary, Board of Basic Education, Allahabad for taking appropriate decision at the earliest, but as per learned counsel for the petitioners, no decision has been taken till date.
In view of the above, list this case on 08.05.2018 as fresh to enable the learned counsel for the opposite parties to seek complete instructions in the matter.
