JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ext.P1 order imposing penalty with respect to the year 2007- 08 was interfered by the appellate authority vide Ext.P2, leading to Ext.P2(a) modified order dated 12.12.2013. Being aggrieved of the said order, the petitioner had approached the said authority again, by filing Ext.P3 appeal, Ext.P4 petition for stay and Ext.P5 petition to condone the delay.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on Exts.P4 and P5 petitions in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within 'one month' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Coercive proceedings, if any, WP(c). No. 28025 of 2014 2 shall be kept in abeyance till such time.
