ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging action of respondents 3 and 4 in not providing protection as requested by the petitioner- society on its representations dated 18.10.2008 and 22.10.2008.
This Court by order dated 14.11.2008 directed respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representations of the petitioner-society dated 18.10.2008 and 22.10.2008 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
Pursuant to the aforesaid interim order, the representations of the petitioner were considered and obtained an undertaking from M r . Vennapusa Narsa Reddy, however, Mr. Vennapusa Rami Reddy was not available and as such the said person was not summoned. The respondents further states that the police are always ready and willing to provide police protection to the site in question in consultation with the Revenue Officials as and when the petitioner-society requires the same.
In view of the aforesaid averments in the counter affidavit of the respondents, it is fairly submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is therefore closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
