ORDER:
This company petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent for non-payment of debt due to the petitioner.
Today, at the hearing, Sri C.Tulasi Krishna, learned counsel for the respondent, stated that on 28.07.2014, his client has sent 50% of the amount due to the petitioner through RTGS and that he has handed over two cheques, dated 12.08.2014 and 27.08.2014, to the learned counsel for the petitioner for the balance amount due to the petitioner.
In view of these developments, the company petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the company petition in the event either of the two cheques is dishonoured.
