Delay Condonation Application & Restoration Application Both the aforesaid applications have been perused. The ground taken in the application is that earlier, petitioner was being represented by L.P. Singh, Advocate, who expired on 10.07.2010, as such when the case was called out, none could appear on behalf of the petitioner to argue the case on 14.02.2011, which led dismissal of writ petition for want of prosecution. The cause shown constitutes suficient cause. Delay Condonation Application is allowed. Restoration application is treated to have been filed well within time. The Restoration application is also allowed. The order dated 14.02.2011 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number.
