The writ petition was filed on the apprehension that, the objections of the petitioner would not be considered, while considering the request for revision of timings made by the 2nd respondent with respect to the settled timings for the petitioner. In any event, there was an interim order directing consideration of objections. In such circumstance, leaving all the contentions open, the writ petition stands closed.
