JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in furtherance to Ext.P3 mahazar and Ext.P4(a) provisional bill, final order has been passed after considering Ext.P5 'statement of objections', whereby the liability has been substantially scaled down. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for permission to withdraw the writ petition without prejudice to proceed with further steps by availing the statutory remedy, after satisfying the due amount under protest.
Permission is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
