The petitioner seeks for revision of timings, which timing was revised as early as on 01.01.2008. The petitioner's contention is that there is a vacant timing slot by default committed by another permit holder which may be allowed to the petitioner's permit. In such circumstance, notice will have to be issued to the regular permit holder whose time slot is sought for by the petitioner and if there is no objection, the Secretary, RTA would consider the same in accordance with law at any rate, within a period of one month from today.
