The complaint of the petitioners is regarding the non consideration of an application for conducting the business of vending tea and coffee. 2. Advocate M.K.Chandramohan Das appears for the Municipality. The counsel assures that the application would be considered, without further delay.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the application for licence submitted by the petitioners, referred to in Exhibit P3, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, and to finally dispose of the same, in accordance with law.
