The only prayer in the review petition is for enlargement of time to dispose of an Insolvency Petition. This Court by judgment dated 5.9.2013 directed the court of the Subordinate Judge of Ottappalam to dispose of I.P.No.1/2010 within six months. The review petitioner claims to be a creditor and seeks leave to apply for review of the judgment. I am inclined to grant leave and enlarge the time fixed for disposal of the case by three months. The time for disposal of I.P.No.1/2010 on the file of the Court of the Subordinate Judge of Ottappalam is extended till 30.9.2014. The Review Petition is disposed of.
