Sri Dinesh Prasad, learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, on instructions, submits that petitioner is desirous to take alternative remedy of filing a suit for his rights, and submits that for certain period, order of status quo be passed as the respondents are trying to dispossess petitioner.
This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
In case petitioner are not dispossessed till date, the parties are directed to maintain status quo only for three weeks from today.
