[1] Applicant convict has preferred this application for reducing the amount of deposit which was imposed by the competent authority while releasing him on furlough leave.
[2] The conduct of the applicant convict is good. The applicant has not breached any of the jail rules.
[3] Considering above facts, order passed by the competent authority is modified to the extent that on depositing Rs.1000/- by the applicant, he shall be released on furlough leave. Rest of the order passed by the competent authority will remain unaltered.
[4] With above observations, this application is disposed of.
