Learned counsel for the applicant states that the present bail applicant be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the applicant to approach the concerned court under the relevant law as he has been declared juvenile.
Prayer as prayed is allowed.
The bail application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.

The computer generated copy of such order shall be self attested by the counsel of the party concerned.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
