Atul vs Nehru

It is jointly submitted that the parties are negotiating to resolve all issues finally and hopeful of some amicable solution. Therefore, a request for adjournment is made with a stipulation that if by the next date of hearing, settlement are not reached, then, the parties will make their respective submissions.
